第一句是过去完成时，用了yesterday这个时间状语，表示在“昨天”的过去发生的事情，对“昨天”产生了影响。
而第二句看起来像是不对，因为yesterday这个时间状语不能和现在完成时连用。但实际上是对的。对的理由：yesterday这个副词在那个句子中并不是做状语，而是做the book的定语。所以the book yesterday就是“昨天的那本书”，这样一来就是正确的了。

我来改改如果第一句改为I wish I had read the book yesterday 我昨天要是看了这本书就好了(是虚拟语气)

第二句的意思是:我昨天已经看过这本书了(是现在完成时)
