现手头接到一医学论文稿，语法、句式均很简单（甚至还有错误），但是单词极其冷僻，我手头的牛津、剑桥都没有收录，有谁能帮忙给点中文释义？
另，因是替人在研讨会上翻译，我需要读出来，之后还要翻译与会者的提问，所以单词发音至关重要，如有高手，请一并将音标也贴出来（不是标准音标没有关系，我可以作些猜测）。

ABSTRACT: To detecting the expression of placental alkaline phosphatase (PLAP), neuronspecific enolase (NSE) and prolactin (PRL) in ovarian dysgerminoma and their clinical significance. Clinicopathological data were collected in a total of 38 patients with pure dysgerminoma who were treated at the Tumor Hospital of Henan Province and the Central Hospital of Zhengzhou city from January 1985 to January 2005. Clinical stage 1: 20, 52.63 %; stage 2:7, 18.42 %; stage 3: 7, 18.42% ; stage 4: 4, 10.53 %.
