在出现那个问题之前,我单击"我的电脑"会出现这么一个对话框

目前没有可用的Internet连接,要查看已保存在您计算机上的Internet内容,请单击"脱机操作"返回请单击"取消",我单击"取消"回到桌面后不能进入"我的电脑",我单击"脱机操作"后再双击"我的电脑"就出现"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library出错!"

你装C++了，它的运行时间有错误？你系统没装在c盘吧，怎么有：c\windows\explorer.exe
