因为第二个as后面引导了一个定语从句，而as。。。as结构后面只能名词或形容词加名词。
而the same 。。。as就可以跟定语从句。。。
我觉得这才是原因。
有这个用法
as ...as...
比如as much as you can eat
但是这里表示和什么一样就只能用固定的搭配the same as
其他形容词情况就基本用as...as...
the same, the
后面加the表示特定的某一个,这里指the one
the same跟楼上的一样
the same as 固定搭配
