3. pro-active approach should also be taken to achieve an effectively outcome. A number of measures may be considered. For example, increase the legal drinking age from 18 to 21. Stricter rules on advertising of alcohol products on mainstream media such as television, billboards and radio. On the other hand, more anti-alcohol champion are to be encouraged.
