in my opinion ,I think China should enforce the intelletual property rights law.
Because this law can protect the legal rights of the author or the inventor ,and it will ensure our country develope smoothly .
Technology is the first production . If our country do not protect our technician's rights.In that case ,there will nobody to do their best to devote theirselves.
so that's it .thank you.

But I don't think that will be far from benifiting our country. On the contrary, It will hinder the development of many industries,particulary the IT industry.
Because most of the intellectual property rights in IT industry are owned by the other countries etc the United States. And If the law were carried out, We would not have enough money to buy the technologies, for each copy or application of the software will cost us a lot of money . And whatever the average people or the companies, and even the govenment can not benifit from the advantages of IT age.
